We hope everyone is settling into the familiar routines that fall brings and are embracing the transition.
At The Arc, we’ve had an exciting past few weeks. Seeking a spark of inspiration, we headed off to explore Paris! As one does in the French capital, we walked the streets, did a bit of shopping (for research only!) and explored the art & architecture. To name a few of our highlights, we were totally enamored with our whimsical, yet refined apartment and the personal tour we received of the Musée Beaux Arts. Keep an eye out on Instagram for some of our photos!
The Arc is proud to have Irving Place Studio ceramics as part of our collection. Be sure to read about the women behind the work in our Stories section on noted Los Angeles artist Dora DeLarios, whose work is currently on display in LACMA's "Found in Translation: Design in California and Mexico, 1915-1985", a part of the Getty supported Pacific Standard Time: LA/LA project running from September 17-April 1, 2018.
