Placing an Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from our site. For changes or cancellations to your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible after placing your order. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you prefer not to place your order online, you may contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you with alternative methods.
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM PST will begin processing within 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.
Items will be shipped from Los Angeles, California (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. We will not declare goods as a gift or lower the value. This protects both the customer and us the shippers.
For most orders, gift wrapping is available free of charge. If multiple items in your order require gift wrapping please email email@example.com to indicate which items should be wrapped with which. Gift wrapping for larger home goods may require an additional service charge.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal Express, The Arc gift cards, and The Arc store credit. Upon placing your order, an authorization for the order total will be placed on your credit card. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping to a California address.
Promotions + Discounts
You may use one promotion code per order. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your savings will be applied to your order. Items purchased with a discount promotion code are eligible for returns. However, all sale items are FINAL SALE and shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items include any item purchased at any discount.
