Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 10 days from the delivery date for Store Credit only.
Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Home goods must be in original condition and packaging. Intimates and swimwear are considered final sale for sanitary reasons. Vintage and Estate jewelry, vintage home decor, vintage furniture, and vintage clothing and vintage accessories are final sale.
We reserve the right to deny exchange or store credit if the item(s) are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns for store credit must be authorized by The Arc. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization within 10 days from receipt of your order. Please include the following in your Return Authorization request: your order number, the reason for your return for store credit, and the item(s) you will be returning. Once your Return Authorization has been approved, you will receive an email with your Return Authorization number along with instructions on shipping your order back. Please note, once you receive approval for store credit or exchange you must place your return package in the mail within 5 days. If you exceed this time range, your order will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.
If you wish to make an exchange for a different size of the same item or a new item entirely email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the item(s) you are exchanging. Our customer service team will be happy to assist and guide you in selecting your exchange items. Once the exchange request is approved you will receive a return shipping label via email. Please place the label on the return package, securely seal the goods in a secure box to avoid unintended damages, scuffs, and tears, then drop the package in the mail. Please note, once you receive approval for an exchange you must place your return package in the mail within 5 days.
The Arc offers a price adjustment policy for sale items that are purchased within 3 days prior to start date of sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 3 days of sale start date. Please note that the exact style and size must be available for purchase when your request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments for items that were originally purchased on sale or with a promotional code or on items that are temporarily reduced in price.
Price adjustments are not eligible for a return to store credit after the price adjustment has been made.
