Domestic Shipping (within the continental U.S.)

We use UPS as a carrier for most of our shipments. If you require a different carrier please contact us at orders@thearcshop.com and we will be happy to help find a solution.

UPS shipping rates are calculated according to weight and size of the items in your order.

International Shipping (outside the continental U.S.)
We recognize that certain carriers are more convenient based on the country. We offer a few carrier options to choose from.

DHL Express Worldwide - $80 flat rate shipping for all orders with a combined weight less than 6lbs
UPS Worldwide Saver - $150 flat rate shipping for all orders with a combined weight less than 6lbs

Import Tax/Duty
Clients are responsible for their return shipping costs and any incurred import duties/taxes or customs charges on the package (on both original and return shipments) if opting for a monetary refund or store credit.

For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/Import tax at the time of delivery, which is based on the full purchase price paid for the order (as reflected on the commercial invoice).The Arc is not responsible for any fees associated with orders shipped outside the US charged by customs for DDU deliveries.

Order Fulfillment
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 2 PM PST will begin processing within 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.

Items will be shipped from Los Angeles, California (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. We will not declare goods as a gift or lower the value. This protects both the customer and us the shippers.
